1. Technology Department
We have a large batch of experts engaged in developing and researching
macromolecule material, designing and  manufacturing
plastic molds and product design for many years. They¡¯ve accumulated abundant
experience in the fields of mold design and manufacturing. Moreover, the
CAD/CAM/CAE system improves dramatically the reliability and rationalization of
design and shortens the product development cycle.
First, we select the most suitable material according to the specific use of
your products so as to save your cost.
Second, we use 3D software such as Prole, Solidwork and UG for 3D modeling and
analyzing comprehensively product performance to find out product weaknesses
and optimize product structure.
Third, we use the above three software to design mold and imitate the injection
course. Through plastic fluid analysis, we can find out unreasonable structure
of molds. Also the simulation of die sinking and clamping, pattern draft and
interference detection ensure the accuracy of die sinking and clamping.
Forth, we use MasterCAM, UG software to write program for mold cavity.
Toolpaths can be created automatically and machining operations and detection
can be simulated to create job program for complicated surface. The apply of
these software ensure the correctness of machining.
2. Manufacturing Department
We now have a series of domestic advanced machining equipment including line
cutting machines, EDM Machine tools, CNC and digital processing center. Lots of
complex machining work is done by computer, therefore improving greatly the
accuracy of mold manufacturing and shortening the production cycle.
At the same time, we have a large number of technicians engaged in mold
manufacturing for tens of years. With their rigorous style of work, they can
ensure the quality of molds and solve any possible after-sale problems.
3.Production Department
With different types of injection molding machines and well-cooperated
accessory supplier, we¡¯re able to produce excellent plastic products for
customers. In addition, we conduct injection molding test before sending
products out of factory in order to further verify the accuracy of molds and
guarantee their quality.
