We mainly use computer-aided test system.
1. At the stage of design
Resorting to the powerful software Prole, UG and Solidwork, we analyze product
structure, simulate load analysis, and conduct die sinking & clamping and
interference detection. We imitate the injection course and carry out analysis
according to the orientation and speed of feed influent as well as inner
pressure of mold cavity. This ensures the accuracy of filling and removing
mold. Furthermore, we simulate the assembly process for parts, detect
interference and implement computerized system in order to reduce mistakes and
guarantee the correctness of job process.
2. At the stage of production
The job process is mainly controlled automatically by computer, which ensures
the precision of machining.
3. At the stage of modification
We use the temperature & pressure testing equipment attached to advanced
molding machines to measure accurately the temperature and pressure during
filling. It allows us to control the forming temperature, injection pressure
and ejection forces, which reduces contract and ensures the quality of
products.
